DESCRIPTION
The Star Module forms a slightly larger cluster than the pie module. Star Clusters can be used in combination with rectangular benches to form a large variety of classroom configurations. The Star module may be used in settings of two that can be positioned along a wall or in groups of four that form workstation "islands". The modules are based on a cell dimension of 1000mm that provides the optimum screen to eye distance and a separation between adjacent workstation users. The front of the desk is wide enough to take a keyboard and mouse side by side. Additional space at the sides provides area for note paper and books. The 4 station cell can be fitted with an optional platform that goes over the top of the screens and can be used for printers or a storage area.
SPECIFICATIONS
Desk top, legs and modesty panel are all 18mm double sided melamine faced particle board. The edges are finished in impact resistant PVC T- edge. The desks have inbuilt fastener points that allow junction plates to be attached to the desk junctions to lock the modules rigidly together. Available in 5 desk top heights: 520mm, 570mm, 620mm, 670mm and 720mm. Additional options include a centrally mounted pedestal platform. Available in Seal Grey.
