DESCRIPTION
Custom Benches are manufactured to dimensions that you specify. This allows you to make the best utilisation of available space. For instance, you can have a bench fit exactly into the space between a doorway and a wall or place benches along the full length of a wall. The longest bench made is 2400mm and the deepest is 1000mm. Cable entry ports are placed at aproximate 800mm intervals but may be left out if requested. If you wish to put benches along a wall to fill an exact length, our recommendation is to use as many standard benches as possible like 1500mm( 2 student) or 2400mm ( 3 student) and finish with one special size to make up the remainder. Desks can be specified to have left or right hand returns or drawers fitted left or right. An additional option is an under desk tower computer shelf that can be fitted to the left or right legs or along the span of the desk.
SPECIFICATIONS
Desk tops on custom benches are all 25mm thick that allows for unsupported
spans to 2400mm. Legs and modesty panel are 18mm double sided melamine
faced particle board. The edges are finished in impact resistant PVC
T- edge. Desks of exactly the same depth can be locked together with
junction plates to form a row that does not move. Available in Seal
Grey.
ORDERING
When ordering or requesting a quotation you need to specify a number of things:
- Desk top length: exact measurement in mm.
- Desk top Depth in mm.
- Height, if other than the standard five heights.
- Requirement for cable ports
- Other requirements like returns or drawers
- Placement of CPU under desk shelving.
